Maranatha offers at least two family projects each year that provide service opportunities for every member of your family, both young and old. In June 2025, join a mission trip to Paraguay!

Maranatha has a history of working in Paraguay reaching back to the late 1980’s. The churches and school classrooms that have been completed have since blossomed and have created a need for more urgently-needed buildings as congregations out-grow the current facilities. Local church leadership have requested assistance once again, and Maranatha is gladly responding to this call.

Volunteers on this project will build a new church for the San Alfredo congregation in Ciudad del Este. In addition, depending on the skills and interests of the volunteers who register, this project could also include community outreach including children’s ministry and health education. A special day camp will be offered for children 12 and under which will give younger volunteers a unique opportunity to learn more about life in Paraguay while also helping in all the other aspects of the mission trip as well.
